If you change your mind, your ‘DiYAS’ product/s purchased via ‘DiYAS’ Online (www.diyas.com.au) can be returned to us to Customer Returns, ‘DiYAS’ 31 Furnace Road Welshpool WA 6106. Products must be unopened and in the original condition and must be sent back undamaged within 7 days from original receipt of goods, your proof of purchase/order information must also be included in the return. Failure to meet with these conditions could result in an exchange or refund being denied.
The Credit Card or PayPal Account to be refunded will be the Credit Card or PayPal Account with which you purchased your order.
The value of the ‘DiYAS’ product will be refunded only, unfortunately not the freight portion.
If you believe the product you received from ‘DiYAS’ is with fault please refer to ‘Returns & Cancellations’ below.
‘DiYAS’ does not ship internationally without prior arrangement and freight quote. For all international inquiries please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with order requirements and full delivery address.
All Australia shipments will be dispatched via ‘Star Track’ or ‘Mainfreight’. We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (2 working days) of order placement. During high volume times, such as the October-December period and other warm weather periods, there may be a longer wait. We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible during these times and we thank you for your patience.
As the items are of a bulky nature we are unable to deliver to post office boxes or private mail bags. A physical delivery address is required to dispatch the goods
If you are not home for delivery, the goods will be left safe. If they cannot be left safe a card will be left with the contact number of the transport company for you to call and re arrange delivery. If you have any delivery concerns or problems email ‘email@example.com’ with your order details.
Shipments within Australia will be charged by the delivery post code at check out. Metro Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide are free delivery. Metro area is defined by postcode ranges supplied by our transport company.

We have gone to great measures & installed security programs, to ensure all information used on our website is kept between ‘DiYAS’ and you. All of your personal data (name, address and credit card number) will be kept secure, so it cannot be read by anyone over the internet. We are bound by the ‘Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988’, which set out a number of principles concerning the protection of your personal information. ‘DiYAS’ will not sell, rent or disseminate your personal information to other parties. We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, ‘DiYAS’ will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. This liability will be covered when ‘DiYAS’ sights all documentation from a recognised bank confirming that the charges were made from our website, and were not authorised by the cardholder.
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. ‘DiYAS’ will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly, due to miss information given on your order form.
We regret we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used. When shopping at ‘DiYAS’, all products sold are of the exact same standard and quality of those sold in stores. If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty and/or defective in any way, you may request an exchange of opened product, please contact our ‘Customer Service Team’ via ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’. ‘DiYAS’ will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error. If it is found the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees. If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and shipping will be paid for by ‘DiYAS’. To do this, you must obtain a return authorisation number via email. Email your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to ‘email@example.com’. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorisation number & inform you where to send the faulty product. Cancellations: Due to the order processing of our web site and custom manufacturing of your product we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.
If any product you have delivered is not the correct size you ordered email firstname.lastname@example.org with your consignment note number. ‘DiYAS’ will verify ordered size and delivered size; if the incorrect size was delivered ‘DiYAS’ will arrange a pick up and re delivery of the correct size.
‘DiYAS’ warrants that the product’s ‘Interpon’ coating only is free from manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years, subject to the “Conditions of Warranty’ set out below. If a product with a manufacturing defect becomes apparent and is reported to ‘DiYAS’ within 10 years of the date of delivery (time being of the essence) then ‘DiYAS’ will either (at the sole discretion of ‘DiYAS’) repair the defect or replace the product. The ‘Conditions of Warranty’ given are:
(a) The warranty shall not cover any defect or damage to the ‘Interpon’ which may be caused or partly caused by or arise through:

(c) The warranty shall cease and ‘DiYAS’ shall thereafter in no circumstances be liable under the terms of the warranty if the product is repaired, altered or overhauled without the consent of ’DiYAS’.
(d) In respect of all claims ‘DiYAS’ shall not be liable to compensate the Purchaser for any delay in either replacing or repairing the workmanship/Goods or in properly assessing the Purchaser’s claim.
(e) This Warranty does not cover against aesthetic surface corrosion including oxidization on exposed aluminium or stainless steel products.
For Goods not manufactured by ‘DiYAS’, the warranty shall be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the Goods. ‘DiYAS’ shall be under no liability whatsoever, except for the express conditions as detailed and stipulated in the manufacturer’s warranty.
